Terms of Service
Simple, fair terms for a £6.99 tool.
1. The product
Esquire is a browser-based invoice and receipt maker sold as a one-time purchase for £6.99 (or the price shown at checkout). "Purchase" means a personal, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the tool for your own business(es).
2. What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence or incorporate the tool into another product offered for sale, nor share access with people who have not purchased it.
3. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, VAT calculations and tax obligations. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-questions refund. Contact us via Gumroad or hello@fridayandpete.com.
5. Updates
We may update the tool and these terms from time to time. Purchases include updates while we continue to develop it.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
